Routing geocoders 'x' icons don't not handle clicks

The `leaflet-routing-remove-waypoint` buttons don't handle clicks properly in the live version (https://map.project-osrm.org).
If clicked, they generate a new marker in the map underneath, and they don't clear the Address box.

To reproduce, mark a route and try click in the X buttons. (tested on firefox)

I tested LRM's demo pages and they seem to work properly in theirs.
