[BUG] Proxyman interferes with WebSocket upgrade request & causes race condition

Why didn't Proxyman work?

Old Proxyman version doesn't handle if the server sent the first message -> Can't make a websocket ❌

How to reproduce

1. Register free account in https://app.ringcentral.com/
2. intercept this websocket
3. Make sure the websocket is working (Confirm with Network Tab in Google Chrome and Proxyman)

Criteria

• Investigate if it happened on Windows, if yes, fix it
