Shouldn't be used in-circuit as TX pin is connected to a voltage reference on the Switch.
This reverts commit 4557692.
If ya want the Switch to always boot straight to Hekate, just use autoRCM.
The DotStar's quiescent current is high, and isn't visible when installed. Debugging is to be handled over USB.
Trinket is no longer powered directly from the battery, it is only powered when the Switch is turned on. This negates the need for triggering on pin 4.
