Some Alert rules not working after upgrading to 6.1

After upgrading all of our clusters to 6.1, I have a few alert rules that are either giving an error or simply showing 'nodata'. I'm mainly seeing this on the low free space and disk endurance low alerts.

I've tested this on my own fork as well as the stock deployment.
