Preloader: slight inefficiency in `preload()` -> name can hold duplicates when it's an array

Everything works, but we could do a bit less client work by removing duplicates.

To reproduce, clone qwik-ui, set `qwikVite({debug:true})`, disable minification, and set a breakpoint on the preloader. Might be reproducible in preloader-test (qwik repo).
