[Feature] Add backend part and initialize authentication

Description

I want to initialize backend for authenticating user as admin or view . Use admin user for managing events.

I will use mongodb for backend and express for server setup.

Please assign it to me under iwoc 25

As I am using Netlify hosting platform for this project, so I want to know further details and implementation plan. How will you handle authentication and data storage? @NOOB-3301

Yeah as of now it is hosted on netlify . Frontend part can be hosted any where maybe vercel or netlify doesnot matter.

But I think backend will be easier if it is hosted on vercel here are several article about express mongodb and vercel so that will be easier .

For the implementation I will use express for the server and mongodb for the database , and deployment can be done anywhere irrespective of vercel or netlify.

For this pr I will start with user authentication as organiser or participating .

I will also use jwt for secure authentication
