Consider adding tags for which specifications the extension applies to #19
Description
The draft lists tagging an extension for oas2 or oas3 . It would be useful to allow indicating that an extension applies to other specifications, such as AsyncAPI, json:api an so one. An individual extension may apply to one or more specifications.
