RibosomeCRCL is a multidisciplinary working group of the Cancer Research Center of Lyon (CRCL), composed of members of the team “Ribosome, Translation & Cancer” (V. Marcel, head: JJ Diaz) and the “Gilles Thomas Bioinformatic Platform” (A. Ferrari/E. Thomas, head: A Viari). Its objectives are to develop and release tools dedicated to the analyses of omics data in the field of ribosome, epitranscriptomics and translational control.
