R package installation in Docker fails

Hi,

I tried to use the pipeline and it hangs at the final report part. I found out that it's because I used a virtual machine (Singularity converted from Docker) and the installation of the factoextra R package didn't go correctly. I tried manually and the answer was that it's not compatible with the version of R in the machine.
I think specifying the package version in the Docker file would solve this problem.
