Update eslint and eslint-config-airbnb-base to most recent version because of known vulnerabilities in their dependencies. (might break the usage of eslint-config-airbnb-base) Move eslint dependencies to devDependencies as it should be because it is development dependent. See https://docs.npmjs.com/cli/v8/configuring-npm/package-json#dependencies for more info.
