Bloom in Preview3D #1066

Feature/enhancement description:
It would be awesome if we could have Bloom in the Preview3D, cause it would be nice to see the effect with the Emission attribute, just like we can see the Depth, but maybe a switch for turning it on/off.
In this example (I'm just learning Material Maker), all the blue color should have some Bloom.
