Improvements for viewing data sync jobs

• BE add jobs[] array to Deployment details (list of all jobs with their status, and status group (see "running_states")). Currently can't tell which jobs are active for a deployment after closing the deployment edit modal.
• Add link to the jobs queue when you open the Deployment details modal again (the currently active data sync jobs)
• Add a column for job type to the jobs page
