Make project entities part of new settings view

Summary

We want to make some of the project entities part of new settings view.

Detailed Description

Some entities that we show at the bottom of the project overview can be considered to be part of project settings. Examples of such entities:

• Storage
• Sites
• Device types

We want to move such entities to the new project settings view, to let users manage settings from a shared place. To group information like this will help users navigate the platform.
