Import reference images for taxa

We did this for the OOD project, but we need to do it for Antenna prod app. Suggestion for steps:

1. Extract taxa as a CSV - Use species from all category maps
2. Try find matching species on Fieldguide and append to CSV
3. Import new data for taxa using management script

This is dependent on integrating some fields from the OOD branch #820, which is not a scheduled priority, but will happen over time.
