fix: missing JS handlers, broken icons, newsletter URL, and footer year

Description:

• Added missing JavaScript functions (toggleTheme, sendMessage, selectMood, etc.) so UI actions work.
• Corrected Font Awesome icon classes so icons render properly.
• Replaced localhost (127.0.0.1) newsletter URL with a mock/configurable endpoint.
• Added script to auto-fill footer year and initialized the mood chart.
