Description
To make a page reachable by users/crawlers, it must be manually linked here in the source.
It'd be nice if the indices were auto-generated by a framework other than Jekyll (see #9)
Another alternative is to have workflows that alert me whenever a *.md file isn't mentioned anywhere in an index, that way I can intentionally keep some pages non-indexed by simply adding a comment with the name
