[BUG] Quick Start toolbar disappears at higher zoom levels or lower screen resolutions

Depending on a user's default screen resolution or zoom level in their browser the Quick Start toolbar is not visible.

For me, the toolbar disappeared if I set my default screen resolution to 1312x848 with 100% browser zoom or at my default resolution of 1728x1117 with 125% browser zoom.

Decreased Resolution

Increased Zoom

Expected Behavior

The toolbar should either be visible at all times for valid window sizes or presented in a condensed form.

Thanks for the report! This is a known issue, and we will roll out a fix for it very soon.

In the meantime, you can pull up the same menu options by pressing the / key in the editor.
