AN4449 Example on STM32F3348-Discovery Failing to Run

Describe the bug (skip if none)
AN4449 Example builds but immediately faults on launch with indeterminate error. Setting breaks on an LED3 calls doesn't yield a clear failure point however it appears as if Run2Stop is being called and vout yields no physical or ADC-read output.

Import STM32F3348-Discovery AN4449 BuckBoost example into CubeIDE 1.12.0. Apply (4V) voltage source to Vin on Discovery board. Build and run program.
