How to use the segmented obj files? #1

Hello, I know the question maybe is a little stupid, but I do have no idea about how to use them. After segmentation, I'll get several segmentation_x obj files that can't be opened in Meshlab and an off file that contains the same vertex and face information as the original one. I'm a college student currently studying your mesh2cad project, and the very last step of running the whole project is the segmentation... Some of my obj files can't get through mesh parameterization, and some of results are pretty bad especially in sharp edges. I think the reason is segmentation, and the input should be corrected before parameterization.
