This PR contributes with version liftings of Eclipse, Java, Tycho and other dependencies in all LEMMA build modules contributes to a bug causing build problems on ARM Macs (see #72). This PR is still in progress due to major changes in some LEMMA projects (i.e. OpenAPI, Live Validation, Model Processing) that may come up with gradle version lifting. Here, help is needed from the main contributors to the mentioned LEMMA projects.
