[🚀 Feature]: Add possibility to set affinity for Keda when autoscaling is enabled

Feature and motivation

Currently, there is no option in the helm chart to set node affinity for Keda components when autoscaling is set to enabled, and setting global affinity also didn't make any changes

As it is done for Selenium components

If affinity for KEDA components which deployed by KEDA sub-chart. You have to use config key keda and follow config structure defined by KEDA https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/kedacore/keda

Unfortunately no, it works only for Grid components, not for Keda

I'm using only Grid helm chart, Keda components were installed automatically when i enabled autoscaling

You have to use config key keda and follow config structure defined by KEDA
