BATT 1.3.1 Release Notes

You know how you want to achieve the lowest score in golf? Well, I want to achieve the lowest amount of lines in BATT. So I did that. You won't really notice any differences between 1.3.1 and 1.3. This is completely a back end change. But if you like looking at source code, it's a little more comprehensive now!

Changelog:

• Continuing to reduce the size of the program. 194 lines -> 168 lines. :)
• Renamed all instances of "Form1" in the code to "BATT".
