Any existing application to maximize privacy? #100

Hello,
I am trying to build automatic tracking system for room CCTV tracking all things EXCEPT human.
(i.e. dogs, cats, even robot vacum, but NO Human).
The privacy is number 1 priority, so I wish to completely remove/mask the human right after frame acquisition (before send it to computer system). I am testing several ai camera, but cannot find any good existing applications.
Any similar approach exists?
