How can we use this project to build an LGPL version in order to avoid legal risks?

I tried to remove the non-LGPL components from the project, but how to solve the compilation errors?

By default the VS projects in this repo are GPL. However you can use the companion tool found in https://github.com/ShiftMediaProject/FFVS-Project-Generator to generate a new version of the projects containing only lgpl code.
The above repo contains a pre-created bat file bin/smp_project_generate_lgpl3.bat that can be used directly or can be modified to change desired dependencies etc.
