Upgrade pl.droidsonroids.gif version to the latest version

Starting November 1st, 2025, all new apps and updates to existing apps submitted to Google Play and targeting Android 15+ devices must support 16 KB page sizes.

and it seems the version 1.2.28 are not compatible with 16 KB page sizes.

The version "pl.droidsonroids.gif:android-gif-drawable:1.2.28" that the "libpl_droidsonroids_gif.so" file depends on does not support a 16kb page size.

The issue appears to have been resolved with version "1.2.29" (https://github.com/koral--/android-gif-drawable/pull/847)

I add the following

implementation 'pl.droidsonroids.gif:android-gif-drawable:1.2.29'

in dependency

and

configurations.configureEach {
    resolutionStrategy {
        force("pl.droidsonroids.gif:android-gif-drawable:1.2.29")
    }
}

in
android -> defaultConfig block in project level gradle file
to force android-gif-drawable library using latest version when other library using it

this works for me

UPDATE : maybe the first step adding android-gif-drawable dependency is not necessary

I forked and updated the main library to support 16kb page size.
