Disabling Spawn of Ender Zoo Mobs Not Working

I'm using the 1.7.10 version of EnderZoo. No matter what I try to enter, be it the name, id number, or id range, mobs are still spawning in the Aether and it's driving me crazy. I've made sure to also change the config in my .minecraft and I'm only changing the User.xml file. I have everything spelled and spaced the same and am using (currently) one entry for name=Aether and one for id=3.
