This is a Chinese fork of slimefun and new options have been added, especially for block-storage. You can use sqllite and other methods to store block data.
I wanted to ask if it is possible to take inspiration from the Chinese version or test it to see if it really works?
Unfortunately, you have been working on Block-Storage for a long time, but there has been no change in Slimefun. If you can check it or work on the problem of blocking Slimefun items, it is really annoying and has made many players angry with me.

The plan for BlockStorage in Slimefun is clear already. Work has been focused on 1.20 & 1.21 which have been huge updates. As well as just this project is community ran. I work on this when I want to not just always. Additionally, I prioritise what I think is most valuable. That lately has been the massive MC updates. Prioritisation comes from what users are hitting the most.

The Chinese fork may have some special BlockStorage handling but it isn't exactly done in a way I'd be happy with.

Regardless, people say "oh it's a blockstorage issue" and it isn't or if it is, it'd be an easy fix. But I haven't seen any reports that I or someone else can look at. So, I'm not sure what issue you're having but you should report it.

So TLDR, roadmap is set and it'll be worked on but if I don't work on it for 6 months, a year. That's ok. It isn't my job. If you're having issues, tell me. From what I can see, no one is reporting issues. So it makes it easier for me to deprioritise.
