分割位置不起作用。

指定一下 FixedPanel属性

指定fixedPanel也不行，在设计器中指定的splitterDistance和运行时的不一样。 无论设计时的分割位置指定的是多少，运行时都是同一个位置。

源码已经提交至 https://github.com/SmallAnts/FormDesigner ，可以自己取代代码修改。
