Issues with "stepped" slider #26

Hey!
I've encountered 2 issues with your library, that made me go for copying Google slider code and apply desired changes myself :<
- Snapping to step behavior doesn't seem to exist, basically what we get by specifying the number of steps is the dot interactors for steps and nothing by that.
- In my case I had to get rid of the dots, basically making it a stepped slider, without visible steps. This wasn't possible with the API your library exposed (same goes for Google slider).
