Question about GPS antenna

If LNA and SAW are added to the GPS antenna, will it bring better positioning results? Is it not added because the effect improvement is very small?

Sorry, missed your comment in November :/

The SE4150L contains an integrated LNA. It is component U2 in the BOM.

And component SAW1 is a AFS20A42-1575.42-T3, which is an SAW filter.

So, both there with the intention to improve signal quality. (Might even be non-functional without.)
