Problem with Neo.jpg and the Drawer App crashes.

Devices: LGE G2, Android Nougat 7.1.1 (Lineage OS Flavour) - Rooted
Motorola G4 Plus, Android Nougat 7.0 Non - Rooted

Error: N is not a valid file-based resource name character: File-based resource names must contain only lowercase a-z, 0-9, or underscore

-After renaming the Neo.jpg file the project syncs just fine, but when deploying on both devices the app crashes.
