Release with bundled ORB vocabulary

The attached ORB vocabulary was downloaded from OpenVSLAM's (xdspacelab / AIST's), Google Drive and, according to our understanding, was originally released under a 2-clause BSD license. However, like the OpenVSLAM codebase itself, the ORB vocabulary may originate from ORB-SLAM2 and should actually be licensed under GPLv3.

In any case, our view is that using and redistributing the file for research purposes in GPLv3-licensed software is allowed. Please contact us, by, e.g., opening an issue in this repository if this is not the case.

Use for commercial purposes is not recommended.
