<title>从《自私的基因》出发的还原论反思</title>

<content type="html"><![CDATA[<link rel="stylesheet" class="aplayer-secondary-style-marker" href="/assets/css/APlayer.min.css"><script src="/assets/js/APlayer.min.js" class="aplayer-secondary-script-marker"></script><script class="meting-secondary-script-marker" src="/assets/js/Meting.min.js"></script> <div id="aplayer-iCIPNzlH" class="aplayer aplayer-tag-marker" style="margin-bottom: 20px;"> <pre class="aplayer-lrc-content"></pre> </div> <script> var ap = new APlayer({ element: document.getElementById("aplayer-iCIPNzlH"), narrow: false, autoplay: false, showlrc: false, music: { title: "Lose My Mind", author: "Doja Cat", url: "/music/LoseMyMind.mp4", pic: "/img/posts/2d03eec7/cover.png", lrc: "" } }); window.aplayers || (window.aplayers = []); window.aplayers.push(ap); </script><p><em>Lose My Mind是F1电影的歌曲,听感很爽,单纯分享,但不太适合边听边看本文</em></p><h1 id="前言"><a href="#前言" class="headerlink" title="前言"></a>前言</h1><p>原先预计过年读完齐泽克的《享乐与虚无》后完成,但因为往日种种,时间紧张,拖到3月中旬草草完成。这只是草稿性随笔,除了做书面化调整,基本是想多少写多少,也没补充阅读支撑。之所以着急完成,是想以此开始做较为系统性的阅读与写作记录。写作是悦己的,希望我能及时记录下来。感慨有些事情太晚才想明白,否则可能修读哲学,但真修读哲学又担忧就业了哈哈哈。</p><p>本文将从过去对《自私的基因》误读开始,讲述其对我的影响,并做分析与反思,最后分享心得。后续预计阅读阿伦特的《人的境况》、卢梭的《爱弥儿》、齐泽克的《享乐与虚无》,欢迎交流。不过时间紧张,只能慢慢推进。不定时更新博客随笔,但只有完成度较高的阶段性总结才会发社媒分享。</p><h1 id="基因决定了人的一切动机?"><a href="#基因决定了人的一切动机?" class="headerlink" title="基因决定了人的一切动机?"></a>基因决定了人的一切动机?</h1><p>《自私的基因》强调了基因的生物性质,从生物进化、迭代等机制提出了基因对于复制本身的倾向。我当时理解为,人类是基因的载体与复制工具,基因导致了人类的行为动机,促使人类通过繁衍等方式复制基因,即:基因在借助人类繁衍本身。</p><p>不妨做一个思想实验:如果要挑选一个身体器官来代表你自己,你会挑选什么。你可能选心脏和大脑,但从人格、意识的实现来说,选大脑大概率是更多人的选择。但再进一步对大脑做拆解,会有很多职能区域的划分。抽象地来说,大脑可以拆解为人格性格、记忆等。那人格、记忆等,哪个最代表人本身呢?我选择人格。</p><p>人格、性格、品质,又可以继续拆解、还原。善良、正义、贪婪等等,是常见的品格组成说法。实际上可以将他们视为各种模因,也是可以进行传播的。繁衍与教育后代的过程中,子女从我们身上学习到了种种品质;待人接物时,他人也能受到鼓舞与感染,学习并坚持相似的品质,类似榜样作用。而且还需要强调的是,模因更容易理解为动机的促成原因。而上述行为,如果没有模因的影响,大抵是不会产生动机,更不会达到传播的效果的。那看起来人在精神世界里也是载体与复制工具,只不过对应的是模因。</p><p>总结起来,在现实世界或者精神世界中,人的动机或者意志,都能被还原为基因或模因的组成结果。这看起来逻辑连续,但隐约有奇怪的地方,这是否成立呢?</p><h1 id="怀疑论与虚无主义"><a href="#怀疑论与虚无主义" class="headerlink" title="怀疑论与虚无主义"></a>怀疑论与虚无主义</h1><p>无论如何,我当时读后,产生了极大的震撼与恐惧。我开始怀疑自己的情感、欲望、品质与爱,是否都是为了满足自私的繁衍与基因的复制诉求,才产生的。从此出发,自由意志是否为假象?恰逢我在学校与生活里也有波折,综合效果就是陷入相当深入的自我怀疑。我将自身贬低为家庭中自私的寄生虫,任何情感与行为的最终目的都只是为了获取更多的资源与关注,认为自己的动机与欲望就没有非自私的内核。从那时开始的相当长时间里,我内心并没有对于自身未来的盼望与构想,陷入极端消极的精神状态。哪怕我凭借对于高压奋斗的思维惯性结束了高中学业,但仍有潜在的自我毁灭冲动。</p><p>从这段历程来看,怀疑论色彩是明显的。刘擎老师在《夜思》中提到,现代人对于自身的反思与怀疑是过度,甚至是病态的,过于敏感了。过度怀疑很容易引向虚无主义,陷入为何而活的内耗挣扎。</p><p>我们不妨认真审视虚无主义这个词。如果尝试对它下一个定义,从我个人来看,虚无主义认为人生没有意义,做任何事情都不值得。那在这种定义下,真正的虚无主义者,会是什么样的生活方式?什么事情都不做,天天摊在一个地方?没有任何思考、没有任何思绪地存在?现实中真的能达到这种境况吗?</p><h1 id="反思与分析"><a href="#反思与分析" class="headerlink" title="反思与分析"></a>反思与分析</h1><p>回到第一段末尾,这个观念为什么对我具有这么大的诱惑力与震撼感。</p><p>我的观点是,这很大程度上迎合了我对于科学的信仰。马克思主义哲学的普及教育,无疑是重要且影响深远的。而马克思对于哲学的野心与规划是相当大的,支撑这一愿景的一大支柱就是对科学的传播与坚持。而对基因与模因的观念,正是基于生物学的分析得到的,对我这一科学的信徒具有极大的说服力。</p><p>其次,它试图从现实中找到决定动机的直接对象。举个例子,我很早就知道世界是由原子构成的,大脑是由原子组成的,是原子的运动结果。但为什么这个观点并没有相同的危险性?一方面是,原子的概念很早就被消化与习惯。但另一方面,我们并不会把原子直接与主观抽象概念挂钩。我们可以说A基因与B基因是促成饥饿感的主要基因,但是不会说这堆A原子与这堆B原子是促成饥饿感的部分。而后者更可能被我们称呼为染色体,或者大脑脑区。</p><p>这实际上犯了还原论的错误。哪怕只从高中对于马克思主义哲学相当浅薄的学习内容出发,我们也能知道“部分与整体”、“分析与统合”等关键词,这也包含了对还原论的批判。事物通过某种方式组合、产生的整体,已经不能只简单理解为原先事物的组成,无法用原先事物的特征和规律来定义整体。就像我们光盯着原子的运动规律与特征,也没法理解染色体与大脑脑区的特征和规律。新整体已经产生了新的特征与概念。因此,人自然也没法简单地还原为基因与模因的组成,也存在其整体的复杂性与规律。当然,这仍然存在很多潜在的危险与辩驳空间,但时间有限,不做详细展开。</p><p>刘擎老师在与毕英杰的访谈中提到:假设把人偏好的所有品质与特征,包括身体与精神,比如头发、体型、身材,与品德、习惯、谈吐等等,都整合到同一个人身上,前者一定会爱上后者吗?这不一定,甚至会让人警惕,担心这是不是一种精心设计的陷阱。毕竟我们都知道现实中很难遇到这样的人,说不定是杀猪盘,或者对方有所隐藏。而刘老师认为,真正让人产生爱情的,是过程与经历。他举了女学生的经历。当时放学,学生骑自行车骑到一半,车坏了,就发信息给男同学,让他来修单车。在男同学修单车的时候,黄昏的阳光照在他鼻子上的汗珠。她看到那一幕,就觉得她是爱上他了。其实是场景、经历才促成了爱情。这也能说明强行套用还原论的不当。</p><h1 id="末尾"><a href="#末尾" class="headerlink" title="末尾"></a>末尾</h1><p>哪怕对还原论的讨论能解决怀疑,但虚无主义提出的问题还没解答。我的答案是,要感受生活,珍惜感受与情绪,珍惜爱好与思考。</p><p>从个人经历出发,长期荒废身体、沉浸在网络或幻想的人,对身体的掌控感、感官能力是模糊的,对生活的无力感、懈怠感、无聊感是强烈的。</p><p>把生活降到最低的要求。不想做的事情就不做,不用纠结后果与影响。而有哪怕一点点想法的事情,不管多小,做了再说,珍惜自己的冲动与欲望。瘫床上瘫久了,偶尔想翻身,那翻身。想关个窗,那关窗,如果一时欲望又弱下去,随它去吧。不做也可以,做到一半做到底那就做到底。思想与欲望总会有过去习惯的影子浮动。温柔地集中残留可调动的注意力到这些想法上,直到行动。温柔是必要的,察觉到用力可能又是新负担。让自己逐渐恢复对于身体的察觉,掌握身体。</p><p>主动调用感官。这对我来说最容易,也最有效的,是触觉。木头、皮肤、风、湿泥、树皮、热,等等。闭眼集中感受陌生的触感,觉察到你还存在,还能感受,还有情感。</p><p>而我最大的察觉,是对哲学、思想史的惊喜。很多论述是过去知道的,但是知道与感受之间存在距离。</p><p>不管是爱情、婚姻、人生意义等等思想话题,我想到过的许多思考与想法,或者纯粹的感受、情绪,在过去相当多时间点里出现在相当多的人都身上。我与他们在跨越了时空、身份、经历的隔阂下能想到一起。《红与黑》中对贵族生活的无聊感忍无可忍的女子,决定用爱上男主角的方式来摆脱无聊,寻求新刺激。不管哪一代人都在被无聊折磨,包括古罗马与古希腊。在尼采之后,虚无主义的讨论原来有这么多哲学家提出过如此丰富深刻的观点,更涵盖了我想到过的杂乱的关键词,比如“重复”的陷阱,与“重复”中潜在的新可能。阿伦特对于政治的思考,对于澄清哲学与政治关系等的努力。古希腊、古罗马的历史与哲学家,不管是生活还是思想,都非常有意思。原来思想与思想史,离我如此近,磅礴精彩。</p><p>衷心希望未来能做好规划,保护好注意力、身体与习惯,维护阅读时间与思考。</p>]]></content>

2架构)</li></ul><p>多核和单核性能对于日常开发也足够了,重任务可以放在服务器跑。<br>预计平时跑满cpu的时间也不多,待机或者轻度使用的功耗实际不会很大,对于散热器要求其实也不会很高。<br>集成显卡,同时内存有限,估计也就玩点小游戏或者办公、视频,也满足心理预期。<br>最重要的是支持DDR5和PCI4.0,支持DDR5才是购买本机的最大动力。</p><h3 id="内存"><a href="#内存" class="headerlink" title="内存"></a>内存</h3><p>支持 <code>DDR5 SO-DIMM</code>。正如上文所述,这是购买此机的最大理由。</p><p>原先其实我是想要自购配件装机,发现支持 <code>DDR5 SO-DIMM</code>的主板,只有那么几种,而且价格都不太友好,都要2000多元。所以就盯上小主机。</p><p><em>其实事后想了下,还可以上闲鱼看看笔记本主板,或者看上述所说的二手主板。不过前者跟买小主机也差不多,反正都是笔记本主板定制;后者好像也没看到有卖的,或者价格其实也没有很香</em></p><h3 id="固态硬盘-1"><a href="#固态硬盘-1" class="headerlink" title="固态硬盘"></a>固态硬盘</h3><p>中规中矩的 <code>2280 M.2</code>,并不支持 <code>2242</code>的硬盘,没有对应螺丝。</p><p>而且还有一点不太好的是,其中一个硬盘和无线网卡上下堆叠在一起,对散热不太友好。</p><p><img 3.2</code>留着接硬盘和U盘等,还行。</p><p>三个视频接口看视频或者办公足够了,有 <code>typc-C</code>也行。</p><h3 id="散热器"><a href="#散热器" class="headerlink" title="散热器"></a>散热器</h3><p><img title="装机小插曲"></a>装机小插曲</h2><p>磨丝滑丝想必是跟卡扣式散热器一样折磨人的,都不愿遇到。那么下面的方法很有必要:</p><ul><li>确保选对螺丝刀,螺丝头的尺寸最好与螺丝吻合,选对少走一半弯路</li><li>七分压,三分拧。发现有滑动没拧到螺丝的情况就立刻调整,别硬杠</li></ul><p>如果真的不幸遇到了磨丝现象,那么最终大法是买个电动打磨笔,磨出一字螺丝口,再用螺丝刀取下</p><p><em>建议在开磨之前先用胶布在周围摆一圈,避免磨下来的铁屑掉落到主板上,粘贴在胶布也方便清理</em></p><h2 id="测试"><a href="#测试" class="headerlink" title="测试"></a>测试</h2><p>测试内容没有做记录,只能凭印象书写(也懒得再次测试)</p><p>使用 <code>stress-ng --cpu 6 --vm 2 --vm-bytes 1G --hdd 1 --timeout 10m --metrics-brief</code>测试,同时使用 <code>pensor</code>查看温度</p><ul><li>内存和硬盘正常</li><li>cpu保持在 <code>3.8GHz</code>左右</li><li>温度基本正常,但cpu温度上升到 <code>94</code>度(cpu usage达到 <code>78</code>%)(室温应该是 <code>Rustdesk</code>,msc社团官网有提供中转服务器(仅对校园网内开放)</p><p>而且使用有个不太方便的地方是,别的电脑想要远程控制Ubuntu系统电脑的时候,需要Ubuntu电脑这边在桌面选择窗口,别的电脑才能进入远程控制页面,否则无法进行远程控制。</p><h2 id="BT下载"><a href="#BT下载" class="headerlink" title="BT下载"></a>BT下载</h2><p>使用 <code>qBittorrent</code>,不过挺吃pt站和种子的,死种难以避免</p><h2 id="家庭媒体中心"><a href="#家庭媒体中心" class="headerlink" title="家庭媒体中心"></a>家庭媒体中心</h2><p>使用 <code>Jellyfin</code></p><p>奇怪的是,我直接安装使用的话,将媒体库绑定为机械硬盘的文件夹后,一直会显示 <code>Jellyfin</code>对应用户没有权限访问,折腾了很久,直接改主机用户,然后同步权限,也没有办法解决。</p><p>最后还是使用 <code>docker</code>运行,建议还是用 <code>docker部署</code>来的方便快捷。</p><p><em>注意,如果要改docker容器网段设置的话,只能删除重建容器。<br>虽然可以设 <code>daemon,json</code>来全局配置,但我发现直接 <code>docker</code>运行的容器会按照 <code>daemon.json</code>来配置网络,跑 <code>docker-compose.yml</code>的又不会按照 <code>daemon.json</code>的来。<br>建议创建容器前想好,避免后面重建,也做好文件管理,方便后续溯源</em></p><h2 id="下载器"><a href="#下载器" class="headerlink" title="下载器"></a>下载器</h2><p>使用 title="写在文末"></a>写在文末</h1><p>最后的最后,感谢你看完本文。<br>你会发现越写到软件部分我没有怎么附上代码和配置文件,一是llm足够查询,二是我也没有做很多个性化工作,三是我偷懒了(bushi)。但是总体我还是写的很认真的嘛。</p><p>写博客有点折磨,要从有限的时间里找空闲来写,不过勉勉强强还是写完了,但是看时间,我貌似还欠一两篇博客,老天,我真得抓紧时间提高效率。不过写完的收获感还是满满的,哈哈。希望未来能继续坚持</p><p>下一篇估计会写
