Cli has handle_uart() and handle_i2c() but needs more peripherals

Cli needs:

handle_pwm()
handle_dac()
handle_adc()
handle_pin() //might be tricky
handle_spi()
handle_usb()

For these to work, need classes for PeriphAttr.
