Ability to make vehicles have a hover mode.

Some vehicles have the ability to go into hover mode like the Jansen P12 88 Special from Burnout Paradise. However, the tires also change positions when turning on hover mode and it gets exhaust trails when boosting.

It will be nice to see a feature like that added, so that people can make hovering cars like the P12 88 Special and hovercraft like the F-Zero and Wipeout machines.
