As a developer I can run podman-compose up and have subscribie deployer & server running

As a developer it's time consuming to setup a local version of subscribie new shop deployment *and* hosting.  

So that I can develop the onboarding process locally, and without needing to setup apache locally.

As a developer I can run `podman-compose up` and have subscribie deployer & server running shops as they get created.
