Settings: Publish (One schema at time)

User should be able publish one schema at a time, so that they can build registry that is complete with full details.

1. Display 'schema name' and schema which was 'last updated'
2. Able to save schema as draft on click of 'Save as Draft'. Change the status to 'Draft'
3. Able to publish schema on click of 'Publish' . Change the status to 'Published'
4. If any one schema is published, Display number of schema's published and open link of swagger API url on click of 'Explore API here'
