The API has seen quite many changes recently, so here's a new update for osu-api-v2-js!

• BREAKING: The API server has radically changed its responses when it comes to Beatmap.DifficultyAttributes, which means that the type definitions related to that and provided by osu-api-v2-js prior to this version are not correct anymore! This version has updated the definitions to be accurate again
• As for User, two properties have been deprecated: global_rank_exp and pp_exp (use the non-exp properties instead)
• Three new methods have been added: getForum(), getForums(), and getForumTopics()
• The base Chat.Channel now has a message_length_limit property
• Furthermore, the Chat.Channel returned by createChatPrivateChannel() now has a recent_messages property! (added Chat.Channel.WithRecentmessages)

On another note:

• The listing of implemented endpoints on the README.md has been updated with links to the documentation of this package, so to give it a better use
• CONTRIBUTING.md has been rewritten to be more clear
• Tests have also been rewritten to make use of the chai package, as they used to be written in a not-so-intuitive way

In other words, I have attempted to make it easier for anyone to contribute to this package, though note that opening up issues and discussions is also a great way to contribute! Any contribution would be more than welcome!
