Some audio not working #1558

Describe the bug
Some sounds are not working, such as the horn/whistle, prime mover noises/steam chuffs. while others work just fine like bells and coupling (and yes i checked the volume config every setting is on 100
How to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior: unsure as to how or why its happening, copied the steps of a friend who is not having the issue and still does not work.
Expected behavior
I expected to be able to hear my dash 8 start and run but heard nothing, same with horn.

Really not sure why this is happening, as i said all my friends are having no issue, im the only one and all my mods/config match theirs.
