Can't stream local PC game

I have many "local" games in my nvidia GameStream library and these are not available. Any way I can get them to show and launch?

I am facing a similar issue. Let me start with some questions to understand how this is supposed to work. I have GFE installed and paired with Retropie. I also have Moonlight installed on IOS and paired with my GFE on a Win10 VM as well.

Do I need to install Steam in Win10 or is GFE sufficient?

Is the purpose to launch Bigpicture Steam and then the games from there? Or is the purpose to launch the games directly from Emulation Station?

Is it possible to skip the menu setting the frames/resolution to save one click. Just set it to 1080p/30fp and don't have this menu?
