New v8 testing: Help guide #216

- Can we use the old help guide (step by step guide) which not only provides text-based guidance but screenshots as well?
Like the current version in Help:

Dataset demonstrated in Help Video is not available in NEII Viewer, user might get confused.

"When the 'Adding satellite imagery' option is selected from the help area, it creates a new line at the top of the viewer, which pushes down the screen the buttons for help, etc on the top right hand side, which then cover the site data displayed for feature information. Site data should not be covered up. Please re-work the adding satallite imagery bar at the top without impacting other map information.
Also, the 'Adding satellite imagery' bar at the top creates a white bar on the bottom right hand side of the Viewer which obscures the map area underneath it. the white bar at the bottom should not be appearing."
