Create portable version of `textual keys`

With keymaps exposed, developers need to be able to explain to users how to write the key combinations in their keymaps.

Due to regional/OS/terminal/multiplexer differences, this is impossible to document, so we'll provide a widget which offers the functionality of `textual keys`, but that can be added to apps for end-users to use.
