Loading forever.

I set up everything correctly but when I go to the index.html on Chrome it loads forever. I saw someone have this problem and someone said to check if their Firebase usage wasn't full but I never used Firebase before and it's still empty but it still loads forever.

Have you configured the rules of firebase database?
