Bug Description

Some infantry movement animations are too fast. This is most noticeable for infantry with 30+ speed locomotors, such as Black Lotus, Colonel Burton or Jarmen Kell.

Looks to be introduced by #1702.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Observe either Black Lotus, Colonel Burton or Jarmen Kell's movement animation
  2. Notice that it looks comically fast
