Game closes after EA logo on amd gpu

Bug Description

Hello guys. My game crash/closes after EA logo on pc with amd gpu(RX580) at the same time my laptop(surface with 1050) goes in the game and is playable. I saw an issue about this problem which was apparently fixed and closed but I still got the problem.

Its always like this and haven't had the chance to open game successfully once on the mentioned pc

can you mention your

1. operating system and its version
2. the version of the game 1.04 or 1.08 or else
3. which release version from this repo
4. did you try to change the operating system (like swapping your pc main storage with the laptop's)

maybe other factors to narrow down the cause of the issue

The laptop is win 11 and the pc is win 10
The game version of both are exactly same(1.04)
By exactly i mean the the installation, gen tools, gen patcher... literally everything.
I Tried anything about the game like clean installation and etc. Nothing worked till now

The dbghelp.dll file already renamed.
No the game just closes without any error. I mean no prompt error or information. Game Just closes like the time that you end process something from task manager

The game works fine. When I open generals online and launch the game, it closes after EA logo. If I open generals.exe directly its ok
But generals online through launcher or by opening generalszh60.exe closes after ea logo animation.

You need to take that report to the GeneralsOnline's team, not here.

Does the issue also happen with our builds? If yes then you need to get Debug version and attach debugger and get us a crash dump or callstack.
