GLA infantry can not garrison the Bikes of the other GLA factions

When you have 2 GLA factions and you want to put infantry of 1 GLA faction on the Bikes of another GLA faction then the game won`t let you do that. Would make sense if that game allows you to cross garrison units on the bikes.

It might be fun of adding the infantry of the USA and China to be able to ride the bikes. Could give some fun tactics.

It looks like it requires changes to the MAX_RIDERS macro and the ini parsing section for this to work visually for different factions. Otherwise you'll just get a GLA worker model on the bike. I put Black Lotus on a bike, and it shows the sniper attack ability for Jarmen Kell with greyed out button, so that'd need to change as well.

Yes the amount of riders have a limit.
