The Good, The Bad and the Ugly

1. The Good

• Awesome location ⛷
• Hands-on workshops
• Enthusiastic coaches/presenters
• Free bar 🍺
• Free digital books! 📚

2. The Bad

• Many workshops were not directly related to Swift!
  I expected everything to be Swift (given the name of the conference: Swift Alps)
  Perhaps more focus on new stuff in iOS11 and Swift 3.2/4 would be a good idea

3. The Ugly

• Way too noisy!
  Perhaps add "movable-walls" to block sound between the workshop teams
• Not enough TV's
  Perhaps each workshop team should have its own TV

PS. Maybe extending the conference with 1 additional day, starting the conference with a few talks in the morning, then a mingle event in the evening, before the 2-days of workshop-mode.
