Suggestion: Additional SW Config Option

Hopefully in the future, adding a SW config option like minimum_defenders_online: to prevent sieged towns from just being attacked while the defending nation is offline. This is seem as unfair by quite a few people, including me.

What do you mean by "attacked"?

Is it the initial placing of the siege banner/siege camp? Or is the initiation of a BattleControlSession?

I know Goosius would probably not have approved of this idea as you'd have sieged towns just not log in during the battle sessions and prevent the attacker from gaining any siege points.
