Making TradingGoose fully opensource with current functionalities

Expanded the README with detailed setup, usage, and contribution instructions, improved formatting, and clarified multi-agent workflow steps. Added deploy-functions.sh for streamlined Supabase Edge Functions deployment. Updated .gitignore to allow deploy-functions.sh and removed obsolete entries.
