Code Review
This pull request updates Arabic translations from Weblate. The changes correctly translate several parts of the README-ar.md
file. However, the partial translations introduce some inconsistencies. Specifically, some items in a list of links remain untranslated, and a section heading is translated while its content is not. My review includes comments highlighting these areas to improve the consistency and readability of the documentation for Arabic-speaking users.

While these list items are now translated, other items in the 'روابط سريعة' (Quick links) section, such as 'Upgrading TriliumNext' (lines 44-45) and 'Basic Concepts and Features' (lines 46-47), remain in English. This creates a mixed-language list which can be confusing for readers. For better readability and consistency, it would be ideal to have all items in this list translated.
